Eligibility: The entry is
open to all photographers over 18 years of age, or under parent guidance
Limit: Each member can upload 1 entry in Photo of
the Year Contest.
Entry Fee: For uploading you images you have to pay
a $10 entry fee. Entries fees will not be returned.
Guidelines for uploading your image
1. The size of the image file should not exceed more than 1MB.
2. Images must be saved as .jpg files at the highest possible quality setting
(12 or Max in Photoshop).
3. Images should only treated with basic sharpening, cropping and removal of
dust spots. Images should contain only the subject matter as originally seen
through the viewfinder.
4. Photographs must have been taken from a digital camera
5. Each Entry does not contain any infringing, threatening, false, misleading,
abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous,
inflammatory, pornographic, profane or nude content.
Copyright and all other rights remain that of the photographer. Any
photograph used by The Aperture Light shall carry the photographer's credit
line.
